About Chef Anuj

With over 17 years of culinary experience, Chef Anuj Wadhawan has cooked for presidents, global icons, and Michelin-starred legends yet his favorite meal is still the one his mother makes at home.

He began his journey in London at Strand Palace Hotel and later joined Olive Bar and Kitchen in New Delhi. There, he led memorable events like the French Embassy’s Truffle Pop-Up, the Barilla Pasta Festival with the Italian Embassy, and an exclusive dinner for Sir Richard Branson during the first Formula One in India.

Chef Anuj played a key role in launching Trèsind Dubai, one of the Middle East’s top modern Indian restaurants, before moving to Restaurant André in Singapore, then ranked among the world’s top 50 and a proud holder of two Michelin stars.

At Roseate House, New Delhi, Chef Anuj was the creative force behind several award-winning concepts including DEL, Kheer, Chidya Ghar, Tara, and Roasted. Highlights from this time include:

  • Cross-cultural food festivals from Truffle-infused Indian menus to regional French reinterpretations
  • A private meal curated for the First Lady of India
  • Collaborations with global culinary legends like Chef Heston Blumenthal and MasterChef’s George & Gary
